ABLT-3 type bearing life enhancement testing machine (general type)
This testing machine adopts a spring constant loading method, with a simple structure, low failure rate, and convenient manual adjustment; the drive system adopts a variable frequency drive plus electric spindle method, and a special coupling achieves high-speed operation. The electric spindle uses grease lubrication, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The outer ring temperature and vibration of the test bearing are automatically displayed, the test time is automatically accumulated, and the fatigue spalling automatically stops the machine. The computer controls and automatically prints, analyzes, and diagnoses the test results, and can be connected to the computer network for data monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis.
