SBV-1 steel ball vibration measuring instrument
SBV-1 steel ball vibration measuring instrument is a special instrument for measuring the vibration speed of rolling bearing steel ball. It is composed of speed sensor, sensor position adjustment device, liquid dynamic and static pressure spindle, steel ball quick loading and unloading device, measuring amplifier and oscilloscope. The two tables synchronously display the root mean square value of the vibration speed of the low and high frequency strip steel ball, and the oscilloscope displays the vibration speed waveform of the steel ball. The low and high frequency vibration velocity values of steel balls are closely related to the medium and high frequency vibration velocity values of finished bearings. This instrument is suitable for the detection and acceptance of steel ball vibration speed in steel ball production plants and bearing production plants, and is also suitable for the analysis and research of bearing vibration in scientific research institutes.

Introduction
