Liaocheng Quality Inspection Institute and Hangzhou Bearing Testing Research Center join hands to establish a workstation, promoting industry technology upgrades

On May 14, 2025, the Liaocheng Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute and Hangzhou Bearing Testing and Research Center Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Liaocheng. This cooperation aims to strengthen technological innovation capabilities in the bearing field, improve testing service levels, and promote collaborative development of the industrial chain.

Before signing, the expert team from Hangzhou Bearing Testing and Research Center, led by Professor Li Xinglin, visited the Liaocheng Quality Inspection Institute laboratory on-site to gain an in-depth understanding of the technical strength, equipment configuration, and service capabilities of the National Bearing Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Shandong). At the symposium, both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as joint research and development of high-end bearing products, performance testing of core components, standardization construction, and professional talent reserves, and decided to establish the Hangzhou Bearing Testing and Research Center Liaocheng Workstation based on the National Bearing Center.

The workstation will focus on key areas such as technology research and development, standard formulation, and failure analysis. By integrating resources from both sides and leveraging their respective advantages, it will concentrate on common technical challenges in the industry to promote bearing quality improvement and industrial upgrading. In the future, the workstation will also provide one-stop testing and technical services for enterprises in the industry, helping them enhance market competitiveness.

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will continue to deepen collaboration in multiple fields, including quality testing of bearings and their components, laboratory capacity building, research and development and promotion of testing equipment. At the same time, both parties will jointly explore mechanisms for integrating industry, academia, and research, build a collaborative innovation platform, and provide solid technical support and talent assurance for the high-quality development of the industry.

This cooperation marks a new step for Liaocheng in the field of bearing testing and scientific research, injecting new momentum into the regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
